In June, we had the great pleasure of welcoming three groups of students from the secondary school in Bolechów – young people on the verge of making important decisions about their future education and career paths.

During the visit, the students learned what our company does and what an electrical harness actually is – from a simple cable-and-connector setup to a complex, multi-element product that can reach up to several meters in length. They also had the opportunity to see what the production process at El-Cab looks like – from wire preparation, through assembly, to quality control.
In the training department, they had a chance to try their hand at basic technical tasks – like stripping insulation or crimping connectors. For many of them, it was the first contact with real-world production processes – an engaging and inspiring experience.

For us, this was more than just a company presentation. It was a way to support young people in discovering their potential and building awareness of the many possible development paths. We believe that initiatives like this matter and can truly inspire thoughtful, informed decisions about the future.
We hope this visit was not only an interesting experience, but also the first step toward consciously shaping their own professional journey.
