On March 11, this year’s Job Fair at Poznan University of Technology took place. The event provided an excellent opportunity to meet students and discuss career development opportunities in the manufacturing and technology industry.

The El-Cab Sp. z o.o. booth attracted considerable interest – thank you to all the students who visited us to talk about internships, traineeships, and career opportunities within our company. Numerous meetings and substantive discussions showed how consciously young engineers are planning their professional future. During the event, we had the opportunity to present the projects carried out at El-Cab, the production of cable harnesses, and solutions developed to meet the specific needs of various industries using our products. Conversations also focused on everyday work at the company, opportunities to gain practical experience, and cooperation between business and academia.

We are pleased that we could meet so many ambitious and engaged young people interested in developing their competencies and learning more about the specifics of working in our industry.
