The Polish Quality Research Institute (PIBJA) selected 2,500 largest employers in the country as part of the research, and then analyzed the ratings on various job portals posted by people declaring themselves employees of these companies (including PRACA, Goldenline, Glassdoor, Indeed , GoWork, and Absolvent). The companies were assessed according to two criteria: attractiveness and trust.
In this way, 120 companies were selected, which received 5 stars as the best employers.

El-Cab was among the Best Employers in Poland 2022 in the Automotive sector.
