By the decision of the owners, as of January 8, 2021, El-Cab Sp. z o.o. changed its ownership structure and became part of Amphenol Technologies Holding GmbH, which belongs to the Amphenol group based in the USA.
The Amphenol Group consists of approximately 135 companies operating internationally, with the total of approx. 92,000 employees, generated USD 12,466 billion in revenues for the last 12 months (status at September 30, 2023).

The areas of Amphenol operations include the design, production and sale of electrical, electronic, and fiber-optic connectors, connection systems, on-board electronics, and automotive safety systems, as well as cabling, products for communication systems for cable and satellite networks and various types of sensors.

The integration of El-Cab with the Amphenol Group not only provides the conditions for the implementation of our growth vision, but also creates a unique opportunity for further development of our Company, strengthening our position as a manufacturer of cable harnesses, control panels, electrical cabinets, and as a distributor of products of our business partners on the Polish and Central European market.
