HR Specialist

  • Comprehensive HR and payroll services for employees (administration and production), operation of the HR and payroll system
  • Maintenance of employee documentation relating to the establishment, course and termination of the employment relationship
  • Accounting and recording of working time, holidays and sick leave
  • Calculation of payroll for full-time and hourly employees, including salaries, allowances and other benefits
  • Handling PPK, issuing certificates of employment and remuneration of employees
  • Preparation of reports and statements in the HR and payroll area
  • Ongoing monitoring of changes in tax, social security and labour laws
  • Min. 3 years' professional experience in an independent specialist position related to HR services in a company of not less than 100 employees
  • Higher education - preferred majors: Human Resource Management, Finance and Accounting, Economics (mathematical and logical thinking), possibly supplemented by directional postgraduate studies or a HR and payroll course
  • Practical knowledge in the area of human resources and payroll, including labour law, working time accounting, payroll calculation, tax law and social security.
  • Very good command of an HR and payroll programme of the ERP class
  • Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel
  • Effective communication with people at different levels of positions
  • Independent in action, good organisation of own work
  • Problem-solving attitude and proposing solutions
  • Stable employment based on an employment contract
