Complaints
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTING EQUIPMENT FOR SERVICE
We kindly inform our Customers that every device submitted for servicing must have a completed and attached RMA form.
RMA Form
A complete RMA form should be sent electronically to [email protected] and enclosed with the goods to be shipped.
- El-Cab reserves the right to suspend the service/complaint procedure on the device until the customer completes the missing form and information contained therein
- a three month warranty is provided for the paid service performed. The warranty period is calculated from the date of invoice. The warranty covers only defects in the repair work performed
- equipment submitted for warranty repair, in which factors voiding the warranty are found, shall result in charging the customer with administrative costs in the amount of PLN 450.00 net
- in the case of in-person pickups, the equipment shall be issued after the service is performed, against receipt, without checking the identity of the pickup recipient.
El-Cab does not cover the costs of collecting shipments, unless the agreement states otherwise.
